The People Builders community is a place for innovative People Leaders to put their ideas into action, building together for a new world of work.
About People Builders
In our pilot of this new creative space, we will host one online hackathon per quarter, bringing together a small group of People Leaders in collaboration with the Oyster Labs team. Together, we will generate ideas, create (free) tools, and build resources that we can share with the wider global PeopleOps/HR communities. Bring your weird, wacky, and wildest ideas - we can't wait to build with you!
Co-create free tools
The goal is to create an MLP (Minimum Loveable Product) output of a free tool or resource needed to solve a challenge the Global Employment community is currently facing.
Oyster will support the development of these free tools through a collaboration with Oyster Labs.
Build with peers
The new world of work is being built now, by HR and People Leaders around the world. The People Builders community members and the Oyster Labs team share a passion for questioning the status quo. Together, we strive to create impact and facilitate positive change in our community and for the world.
Open source resources
Having a people-first culture and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset should not be a competitive advantage, it should be the standard. In alignment with Oyster's values of elevating talent, building trust, and thriving together, all tools, resources and knowledge generated by People Builders will be open-sourced and shared with our global community of HR and People Leaders. We are better together.
